Thanks to our very gracious hosts, the Hrebenaks, for entertaining a record number this year of 38 (give or take)! Mary ran a 5k road race in the morning, she was joined by Angela and cheered on by Pete and Ann. The Patriots beat the Lions to get the festivities off to a good start. Before dinner we were treated to a beautiful Thanksgiving song sung by Alana Reale, the blessing was given by Al Reale and then huge amounts of food were consumed - more than 50 lbs of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and green beans were served plus 10 pies for dessert. There were also numerous bottles of wine... Thanks again to Mary, Pete, Jen, and Kelly for opening up their house and moving their furniture to accomodate the large crowd.
